The result of a long-standing artistic collaboration, the show was born from the reading of the verses of Amelia Rosselli. Starting from the natural propensity of the word to sound, particularly accentuated in the world of Amelia Rosselli, Elena Bucci and Luigi Ceccarelli pursue an integration of the two artistic languages, treasuring the most recent resources of digital technology and sound diffusion. The poetic word therefore represents an opportunity to build a path through the voice, the sound, the rhythmic variations and the improvisations.

This experiment of synthesis between voice and sound, suspended between writing and improvisation, takes us back to the sister roots of our arts. Amelia Rosselli’s voice, authentic and transparent, lets a glimpse of a soul and becomes music: echoes of different languages, soaring, hypnotic monocordies, furies and sweetness. She inspires a drama where life and art are mixed: interviews, biographies, stories, photos, a powerful, ironic and heartbreaking poem, an insidious disease, an original and complex family. Her mystery does not dissolve, but she grows, leaving a trail of questions among which she begins the dance between Luigi and Elena. Voice and sound are born from each other, drawing an ever-changing sound dramaturgy: at times the mystery of a woman poet who escapes and gives herself to the world is illuminated, awakening in us the nostalgia of a place from which we all come.
